PERSONAL & SMALL GROUP TRAINING
These are personalized one-on-one or partner workout sessions targeted towards your individual fitness needs and goals. Sessions are typically one hour long and include a mixture of weight training and cardio but can be tailored based on your needs. Where required, we also provide dietary analysis and advice to assist you in achieving your overall health and fitness goals.
Personal training sessions can also be booked for Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates, and Yoga.
*** Small group training sessions are also available for groups of six or fewer persons. Get a quality training session, with most of the benefits of one-on-one personal training, at a fraction of the cost.

CORPORATE FITNESS PROGRAMMES

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Online Personal Training is a good tool for those persons who are generally self-sufficient, motivated and willing to put in the effort in their workouts but just need some guidance in setting up an exercise programme to meet their goals.
Based on your individual profile (e.g. age, exercise history, fitness level, available equipment, schedule, availability, medical history, fitness goals, etc.), your on-line trainer will provide you with a personalised weekly workout programme. The programme is accompanied by links to an extensive online exercise library to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly. The package also includes a weekly trainer consultation to keep you motivated and accountable.

GROUP CLASSES
A group class is more than just a great workout: it is a motivational and support building tool which can provide you with the variety and challenge you need to stay the course.
Outside of our corporate fitness programmes, groups of six or more can book a group class session in any of the following areas:

There is so much conflicting information out there about what we should eat, when we should eat it, and how much of it, we should eat. In the end, it may all become confusing and overwhelming especially, when you are aiming for a fitness goal.
Take all the worry and confusion out of the process with our personalized meal plans. Plans are tailored to your fitness goals and eating preferences, and they provide you with the exact amounts and types of foods to eat on a daily basis. We try to incorporate variety as we believe that eating healthy does not mean eating boring.
