Online Personal Training is a good tool for those persons who are generally self-sufficient, motivated and willing to put in the effort in your workouts but who just need some guidance in setting up an exercise programme to meet their goals.

Based on your individual profile (e.g. age, exercise history, fitness level, available equipment, schedule, availability, medical history, fitness goals, etc.), your online trainer will provide you with a personalised weekly workout programme. The programme is accompanied by links to an extensive online exercise library to guide you in performing the exercises correctly.  The package also includes a weekly trainer consultation to keep you motivated and accountable.

What Should I Expect?

A Personalized Programme:
Our online programmes are created in a manner that is realistic for you, making them easier for you to adhere to them. They are personalized based on your individual needs and goals along with other integral information such as: how many days per week you expect to workout; the approximate time you have available for each session; the workout equipment available during training sessions; your exercise and medical history; and, your current fitness level and exercise preferences. 


Support & Motivation:
Our online programmes provide very detailed guidance and descriptions for both the cardio and resistance portions of your workout. So, where relevant, during cardio portions of your workouts, you will be provided with targets such as running speeds, stride and stroke rates on cardio machines, or lap/distance splits for runs on a track/trail. Similar attention to detail would occur during the strength portions of your workouts as variables such as the type, resistance, repetitions, rest time and order of exercises would be clearly noted. For resistance exercises, you will never have to wonder if you are doing the exercises correctly as with each programme there will be exercise support provided through links to extensive online exercise libraries which accurately demonstrate and describe the correct manner to perform the particular exercises. Plus, outside of the weekly email consultations, you will also receive various email tips and workout reminders from your trainer. Similarly, if you ever have any questions about any part of your training programme, you can e-mail us, and you will receive a response within 24 hours.



Each week you will receive a weekly progress card, along with your weekly workout programme, which you will be required to complete and email to your trainer at the end of the week. This progress report would require you to record particular information, such as (where possible) distance travelled, calories burnt, as well as any alterations which were made to your workout schedule. This weekly progress log not only helps you to stay accountable to yourself and your trainer but also allows your trainer to know exactly what you did (or didn’t do), while also being able to more accurately evaluate your programme on a weekly basis which is used to assist in the creation of upcoming workouts.






How Do I Sign Up? 
Simply, fill out and submit the ‘Online Personal Training Registration Form’ (CLICK HERE) and within 24 hours you will be emailed a welcome email which will include an invoice showing the cost of your subscribed online package, as well as, instructions about receiving and beginning your online training programme.



How Do I Pay?

Payments can be made In-Person via Cash or Cheque* or via Direct Deposit or On-line via PayPal (PayPal can be used to make payments with your VISA, Master, Discovery and American Express cards.).


*Please be advised that payments made via check may take up to 3 business days to be processed after they have been received and, as such, may delay the commencement of your programme.




When Do I Receive The Workout Programmes?

Workout programmes are electronically delivered on Sundays and would include your weekly workout program from Monday to Sunday.




How Long Will It Take To See Results?

That varies by person based on various factors, such as, but not limited to, your current fitness level and weight, how much time you have available to workout as well as how intense of a workout regime you can safely and accurately adhere to. However, it has been my experience however, that most people can see and feel results in as little as 3 to 4 weeks.
